The halloumi fries are a standout appetizer—golden and crisp on the outside, with a chewy, salty interior that makes each bite addictive. Lightly seasoned with aioli and a tangy dipping sauce, they offer a perfect balance of crunch and creaminess. Confit Duck Massaman Curry The confit duck in the Massaman curry is incredible, the rich duck meat absorbs the deep, fragrant spices of the curry, creating a dish that is both bold and comforting. The Massaman sauce, infused with warm spices like cinnamon, star anise, and cardamom, is beautifully rounded out by the creaminess of coconut milk.

Went for a birthday meal with the wife. Big carpark & lots of space even though it was busy. The exterior looks inviting & the interior is superb. Classy, rustic & modern with a warm, lively feel. Staff were all friendly and professional throughout the meal (which was table service) The food was stunning, best beef Wellington I've ever had ..... & the final bill was a pleasant suprise considering the food, surroundings & service. Definitely recommend for families, couples for all occasions.

Booked lunch for family gathering. We were asked to pre-order and this worked really well and meant we didn't have to wait too long. Staff were attentive and friendly. All the meals were excellent and everyone really enjoyed the food. We'll certainly look to go back again.

Recommended by Stanley Villa Park and boy were the right. A stunning site, inside and out and rich in history for a nerd like myself. The menu had so many delicious choices, knowing I'd only be visiting once on vacation, I'm already thinking I need to make the four hour trip back sometime to try the other dishes! I settled on the locally source fish and it was battered perfection. The service was top class, the beer garden had plenty of pretty views/seats and my other half absolutely loved the Filo pie. Highly recommend!

Just fabulous Great service from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The food is fantastic and we always enjoy ourselves every time we visit. It's a real treat for us. We came with family today. Our Mum, Dad, Sister & BIL. 6 in total. Brilliant and timely.

We love the mushrooms and pate for starters, and the beef Wellington is excellent. I would avoid the gluten free chocolate brownie though..

Had one of the best Sunday roast dinners we have ever had here! The service was spot on, the decor was perfect and the food was great! And good size portions after a busy day, the value for money was absolutely great couldn't ask for much more! Couldn’t help but try the snickers cheesecake too! We will definitely be back here!

Approaching haute cuisine! Came on a recommendation by a good friend and was not disappointed. Three courses and one drink for about 40 per person. The beef wellington was specifically recommended to me and whilst not exactly as I expected, was nothing less than delicious and tender. The pastry was crisp and buttery, wrapped around a very tender cut of beef which melted in my mouth. The portion size was not unreasonable but I'm glad I ordered a side of salt 'n pepper fries to complement the main. My partner had the gluten free cheeseburger which was very tender and perfectly cooked. A separate gluten free menu is available and had plenty of choice, with prices matched to the regular menu. We finished with a tasty dessert, of which there was a good selection. The atmosphere inside is friendly and welcoming, and it seemed to me there was seating for 80 people. It was busy for a weekday evening but the service and wait time was very good. I already look forward to my next visit!
